The automatic single-point lubricator simalube can be adjusted from 1 to 12 months

lubricators
simalube, the compact lubricator that is
economical, universally adaptable, and a friend
to our environment. Economical lubrication
Using simalube, the lubricant can be
applied directly to the lubrication
point. The simalube lubricator is activated
with a simple twist of the
dispensing dial on the top of the lubricator,
and can be altered at any
time. The lubricant level can always
be monitored through the inspection
window. simalube is ideal for demanding
applications such as lubrication
points in difficult to reach locations or
within dangerous production zones.
simalube is especially well suited for
lubrication points which may easily
be overlooked or forgotten. These,
often critical, lube points are provided
a consistent delivery of lubricant
reliably and automatically, 24 hours
a day for up to one full year. Damages
caused by over or under
lubrication, and the high costs associated
with repairing them, can be
minimized with simalube.

simalube can be filled as well as refilled by
using a standard barrel pump that is typically
used to fill grease guns.
Universal application
simalube is available with a wide
range of standard greases and oils.
Customer specific lubricants can be
used if suitable. The dispensing time
on the simalube lubricator is variable
between one and twelve months. The
flexible delivery time gives the end
user complete control over the
amount of lubricant being applied.
simalube delivers lubricant reliably
throughout a temperature range of
–20 to +55°C (–4 to +131°F). simalube
is universally adaptable to
most lubrication tasks through the
use of the available accessory
programme. The simalube complies
with the high requirements of the
ATEX norms and can be applied in
all explosive areas without hesitation.
Environmentally friendly
and refillable
simalube is environmentally friendly
as it does not contain any toxic
liquids, batteries, motors, or gears.
When exhausted, the simalube can
either be recycled through standard
recycling channels, or fitted with a
new gas generating cartridge, easily
refilled and put back into service.

Pressure booster up to 10 bar
The simalube IMPULSE ensures reliable lubrication in situations with high counterpressure
and long lubrication lines. With the automatic simalube lubricators, this
pressure booster pumps greases and oils at up to 10 bar and 0.5 ml per impulse to
the targeted lubrication point.
The LED display of the intelligent pressure booster provides information continuously
about the current operating condition, and flashes green when the device is functioning
correctly.

simalube applications
The spindles of a lifting station for railway wagons and locomotives
are lubricated with 125 ml simalube over 12 months.
Two 250 ml simalube lubricators with brushes lubricate and clean
the chain drive of a drum washing machine.
The drive chain of a transport belt, which allows rolls to cool, is
cleaned with special blue brushes and lubricated with 2 simalube
SL18 in 30 and 60 ml sizes.
125 ml simalube lubricators lubricate the rotating assembly of a
crane.

A simalube multipoint can lubricate 5 linear guides of a cutting
and paper stacking machine in a printing house.
The simalube IMPULSE with a 125 ml lubricator is used in gravel
plants. The IMPULSE pushes the lubricant with a pressure of 10
bar through a 4-metre lubrication line.
A 125 ml simalube lubricates the pedestal bearing of a conveyor
belt.
60 ml lubricators on the electric motor and the drive shaft ensure
continuous lubrication of a centrifugal pump.
The 125 ml simalube maintains the guide rails of elevators and
prevents dry friction. The system is attached directly to the cabin
roof.
15 ml simalube lubricators with brushes constantly supply the rack
of a loading machine with oil. Additional 15 ml simalube lubricators
lubricate the flange bearings with grease.

Lubricators
The simalube lubricator provides automatic
lubrication over a period of one
month to a year and can be adjusted in
an infinitely variable manner. simalube
supplies every lubricating point with the
ideal amount of lubricant – be it oil or
grease – so that subsequent manual lubrication
is no longer needed and maintenance
costs are reduced in the long term.
Induction Heaters
simatherm induction heaters heat circular
